We welcome you as a first-time or repeat visitor to the Florida Center for Public Health Preparedness (FCPHP) Learning Management System (LMS).

For first time registrants in the FCPHP LMS:

Complete and submit the one-time LMS participant profile form by clicking on the “Sign up” button on the right. This gives you access to register for FCPHP programs.

THIS DOES NOT REGISTER YOU FOR ANY OF THE FCPHP'S ONSITE COURSES.

For returning users to the FCPHP LMS – those who have already completed the one-time LMS participant profile form:

In the log-in box, type in your user ID (your email address) and the password you created when you registered in the LMS.

About FCPHP On-site and Distance Learning Courses
The FCPHP is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to provide training primarily to State of Florida Department of Health (FDOH) professionals and their community partners. FCPHP distance learning courses are available to anyone. All courses are offered free of charge to participants.
